Creating space to heal is a practice that opens up more than just your physical space. It opens up your time and your energy to allow more room in your life to create, to live and to really enjoy life.
Wherever you are right now. Take a look around you at the space that you’re in. How does it make you feel? Does it make you feel happy, relaxed, or maybe even a bit stressed? We know that the space around us impacts our lives and we spend time trying to create the right atmosphere in our rooms. We’ll choose colours furniture, and spend all sorts of time decorating to get things just right.
But how often do we spend time thinking about the space in our minds and how that makes us feel?
The journey of creating space for me started with that physical space that I do recommend, making sure that you do have a space, a physical space that you can go to, which is calm and clear where you can just breathe and switch everything off. But as I started to grow and learn more on my healing journey, I realized that sometimes I needed that space, but I didn’t have the option of going to a physical space.And I knew that I needed to find that space inside of me. So this episode is really dedicated to talking about creating that space inside of you.
