What’s On in the Blossome Community this September

September is nature’s reminder of the beauty of letting go. As the leaves begin to fall, we too can allow ourselves to release what no longer serves us, making space for new emotions, new growth, and new ways of being. Letting go isn’t easy, but self-compassion makes it easier. By treating yourself with kindness and understanding, you become less critical and more able to release past hurts and difficult emotions. This month, join us in gentle, nourishing activities designed to help you practice letting go and welcoming in the new.

Here’s what’s on in the Blossome Community this September:

Our self-care activities are open to anyone. It’s our way of removing the stigma and shame around addiction. If you have been affected, you can quietly let us know, when it feels of to do so.
