Our Purpose
About Blossome
Discover who we are, what we stand for, and how we support families affected by addiction. Discover how we use compassion when you love someone affected by addiction, how to remain caring without rescuing, receive support without shame, protect yourself without becoming hard, and distinguish love from unlimited responsibility.
Support for Families Affected by Addiction
Blossome is a trauma-informed community for people affected by a loved one’s addiction, including those who have been bereaved. We help you move from isolation, guilt and overwhelm to steadier ground through self-care and the evidence-based practice of self-compassion.
Through our Cultivating Self-Compassion programme, gentle guidance, and peer connection, you’ll find a safe place to process emotions, rebuild resilience, and rediscover your worth. We share practical tools grounded in recognised self-compassion approaches and current research, alongside resources like our podcast and community activities, so you feel less alone and can help break generational cycles of addiction in families.
