An Evening to Exhale and Connect by the sea

Join us for our second summer evening by the sea, to come back to the breath and connect with your body. This evening will offer a gentle Qigong session followed by breathwork. Connect with you body and mind using your breath, with the rhythm of the sea in the background, the ebb and flow, inhale and exhale, slow down, releasing any tension and feel your stress levels drop. Afterwards, enjoy a shared meal in the beach hut. No experience needed , just a willingness to show up for yourself.

For those who have been affected by a loved one’s substance misuse, the body often holds deep stress and unspoken emotional weight. We’ll move slowly and mindfully, with time to breathe, soften, and let go.

As the light fades and the waves roll in, we’ll settle into comfortable, calming poses that support deep relaxation. Afterwards, we’ll take time together to eat, rest, reconnect, and share a peaceful, unhurried evening together.

This is your time to feel safe, supported, and soothed. This session is open to anyone affected by a loved one’s substance misuse or any addiction.
