An Evening to Restore by the sea
Join us for an evening by the sea, to exhale and restore. This evening will offer you two activities, a gentle Yoga session with an offer to join a Nia Dance session, both on the beach. Feel your toes on the sand, slow down, release tension and feel your stress levels drop. Afterwards, enjoy a shared meal in the beach hut. No experience needed , just a willingness to show up for yourself.
For those who have been affected by a loved one’s substance misuse, the body often holds deep stress and unspoken emotional weight. We’ll move slowly and mindfully, with time to breathe, soften, and let go.
As the light fades and the waves roll in, we’ll settle into comfortable, calming poses that support deep relaxation. Afterwards, we’ll take time together to eat, rest, reconnect, and share a peaceful, unhurried evening together.
This is your time to feel safe, supported, and soothed. This session is open to anyone affected by a loved one’s substance misuse or any addiction.
