An Evening to Exhale, Qigong by the sea
Join us for a nourishing evening by the sea, a gentle Qigong session on the beach, followed by a shared dinner in the beach hut. No experience needed , just a willingness to show up for yourself.
Qigong is a calming, mindful movement practice that helps the body release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with inner steadiness. For those who have been affected by a loved one’s substance misuse, the body often holds deep stress and unspoken emotional weight. Qigong offers a tender way to begin letting go, to exhale what you’ve been carrying, and come home to yourself.
As the waves roll in and the sun begins to set, we’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and let nature hold us. Afterwards, we’ll gather together to eat, rest, and share space, no pressure, just gentle company and comfort.
This is your time to feel safe, supported, and soothed. This session is open to anyone affected by a loved one’s substance misuse or any addiction.
