Restorative Yoga

Join us for a soothing and healing 45-minute restorative yoga session. Through restful poses and the use of props, this session offers a safe space to release tension, find inner calm, and foster emotional resilience. Experience relaxation and support on your journey to healing.

In this gentle and supportive practice, we focus on introducing you to the joy or restorative yoga, releasing tensions held in the body through gentle stretches, restful poses, and guided meditation.

Restorative yoga is especially beneficial for people who are grieving due to its gentle and nurturing nature. The practice provides a safe space for individuals to slow down, tune into their bodies, and process their emotions at their own pace.

The supportive props and poses used in restorative yoga help release physical tension. This allows the release of emotional tension. Through deep relaxation and mindfulness, restorative yoga offers a healing outlet for grief, promoting a sense of comfort, restoration, and inner peace during a challenging time.

Join us as we honour your journey, promote healing, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and resilience.
