How you spend the morning will influence the rest of your day. If you wake up feeling anxious or tired, that’s most likely how your day will unfold.  A morning routine can help you start the day with self-care, putting you in the right frame of mind for the full day ahead. Sunday, Morning 1:
Intention & Gratitude with Kim

Start the day in a positive way , even before you get out a bed. Giving yourself at least 30-minutes before 7.30 is a great way to start to build a wonderful morning ritual. Join Kim in a mindful moment, stretching, smiling, expressing gratitude and setting an intention for the day.

Monday, Morning 2:
Acceptance with Anna

In this session, Anna will spend time with you helping you to accept yourself no matter what. Acceptance not only helps you have a better day, it plays a crucial role in positive mental health, well-being and the quality of your life.

  • Giving yourself time to see how you feel
  • Ways to process why you feel the way you do
  • How to ground yourself if you feel scared

Tuesday, Morning 3:
Morning Yoga with Christine

In this session, Christine will guide you through a 15-minute Morning Yoga practice to help you start your day with some self-love. Gently get your body moving with some morning stretches that build  energy and rejuvenate the nervous system!

  • Wear  something comfy
  • Soft and easy movement
  • Breath work

Wednesday, Morning 4:
Eat Better with Saffron

Most people looking for a fresh start with their health and fitness go straight into diet and exercise.  But the problem with that is doesn’t teach them

  1. what next (after all the counting)
  2. about their behaviours – why they eat more at certain times and how to control it.
  3. their real start point (so they can have a plan that fits THEIR lifestyle, likes and dislikes) or
  4. the important connection with sleep, stress and recovery in their choices.

With Saffron’s guidance, learn how to simplify and take control of your health and fitness by writing your OWN plan that fits your own likes, dislikes and lifestyle.

Self-Appreciation with Amy

Give yourself permission to take care of you. Let’s start with loving yourself, creating a willingness to give some time to you at the start of each day. Learn gratitude and self-appreciation with Amy’s guidance.

Mindfulness with Kim

Kim Moore

Kim lost her husband to alcoholism. A difficult journey while raising 2 children alone with her family living on the opposite side of the world. Kim wholeheartedly shares her experiences on her healing journey with all of its ups and downs to help others. She has founded the Smiling Again Podcast and the Blossome Community which helps people enduring losing a loved one to addiction find a Pathway to Peace so they can let go of guilt and live with joy. Kim has also given a Tedx Talk called How to find joy when you love an alcoholic.

Anna Martin-Stavovy

Anna Martin-Stavovy

Anna is a recovery coach, helping families and friends find themselves again through the chaos of loving an addict, as well as guiding the addict back to their true self through the darkness. She is the wife of an addict in recovery, and also recovering from codependency herself.  When not life coaching, she is a Mom of a beautiful two year old daughter. Nature is her place of peace and chances are you’ll find her sitting in the sunlight, exploring the outdoors, or hanging out with animals. Anna is also one of the speakers on We Are Recovery.

Christine Yanke

Christine specialises in trauma informed yoga and is a co-author  of clinical research gathered on yoga intervention for women with substance use disorder in a residential treatment programme. She is a mental health advocate and has written a book about her amazing story of resilience – Blinded by An Angel.

Saffron Wilson

Saffron is a CIMSPA practitioner and certified nutrition coach, behaviour change health specialist and Stress, sleep and recovery coach. She helps midlife women who are done with diets and quick fixes take back control of their health and fitness so they can jump off the yo-yo diet roller coaster for good.

Amy Noelle

Amy Noelle, Certified Mindfulness & Self Compassion Coach.
