I’m so happy that you’ll be joining me for a cold water dip. I truly believe that cold water swimming has played a huge part in my healing and recovery after losing my husband Chris to alcoholism.
During the morning, we’ll spend a few minutes doing a mindful practice as well, helping you to regulate your breathing, calm your mind, and feel the warmth of the morning sun. You’ll love it! See you by the seaside.
