I’m Tara Perlaki
Helping you understand that slowing down doesn’t mean you don’t move quickly anymore, it just means you have the choice of at least two speeds in your back pocket.
Tara is a highly experienced supporter of people who want to; relearn ways to slow down, to move and flow with deliberate mindful intention, whilst overcoming the challenge to be everything, everywhere all at once within life.
Over the past 15 years, Tara has experience of supporting people through their journey with grief, insomnia, hormonal issues, and less understood grief arising from fertility challenges, and disabilities.
In her own time, Tara is a curious human who loves eating delicious food, meeting people with their furry friends, and having everyday adventures exploring the world.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Social Care and is a qualified Kinesiologist Practitioner, 200Hr Yoga Teacher, Trauma Informed Restorative Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness and Mediation Guide, Period Coach and currently studying and working towards Trauma Informed Somatic Counselling accreditation.
